Deans Mum contacted me as she was concerned how Dean is feeling in the last to weeks. Spoke to Dean on the phone, for the last two weeks he is experiencing severe fatigue with frequent bowel movements (not loose stools). Discussed diet- poor diet at the moment but he felt rubbish to put effort into healthy eating. No other contributing factors. Taking into consideration duration of treatment and the fact it is affecting Deans everyday life advice to make appointment with the GP, follow up call booked in a few days.
