Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund up until the time we place the order with our pharmacy.
To cancel, email your full name, address, date of birth, and order details to:

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and typically take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations by Us

We may cancel your order if:

• The treatment is deemed unsuitable by our practitioner
• Delivery to your location is unavailable
• The item is out of stock
• There is a pricing error

You will be notified by email, and a full refund will be issued.
